Ingredients

    1. 1 (17 ounce) packages of mrs. t's potato & cheese pierogies
    2. 1 (14 ounce) cans sauerkraut
    3. 6 -8 ounces lean corned beef
    4. 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
    5. 8 slices provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with frozen peirogie.
  2. Spread sauerkraut on top.
  3. Add the corned beef. Top with thousand island dressing.
  4. Top all with provolone cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
