Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients

    1. flank steak ( size of your choice)
    2. 1/2 cup white wine ( or white cooking wine)
    3. 1/2 cup soy sauce
    4. 1/2 teaspoon ginger
    5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic, miniced

Directions

  1. Place all marinade ingrediants in plastic, sealable bag, and shake or mix well.
  2. Slice lightly across both sides of flank steak in an x pattern to allow marinade to absorb.
  3. Place flank steak in plastic bag.
  4. Marinate in fridge for 8- 12 hours (the longer, the better), turning often.
  5. Grill to taste.
