You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 1 (28 ounce) cans redpack plain crushed tomatoes
    2. 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
    3. 2 medium onions, chopped fine
    4. 2 fresh jalapeno peppers ( or the equivalent of canned peppers)
    5. 1/4 cup white vinegar
    6. 2 teaspoons sea salt
    7. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    8. additional jalapeno peppers or 3 -5 dashes hot sauce ( depending on how much fire you like in your salsa) (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine onion, jalapeno pepper, salt and white vinegar in a glass or ceramic bowl.
  2. Let this marinate for 1/2 hour.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix and chilll until ready to serve-- at least four hours.
