Ingredients

    1. 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
    2. 1/2 cup raisins
    3. 1/3 cup sugar
    4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    5. 2 cups scalded milk
    6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
    7. 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 1 1/2 quart, ungreased casserole dish, combine ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Place casserole dish in a baking pan with 1" of boiling water.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or cold, with cream or milk, if desired.
