  • To make the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper sauce and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate.

  1. This was a kicked-up mayo I used on the Louisiana Burger. It complimented the burger and won the approval of my crew. I will certainly use this in place of plain old mayo. Made for PAC Spring '09.
