Jazzed up cabbage indeed. This is some spunky cabbage with a whole new flavor profile. Great side that as Parsley said "is easy and inexpensive". It's also very healthy and all of this adds up to 5 stars for me.

I love cabbage and this was a great way to jazz it up a bit. I made this just as written. I think it's important to use a good quality curry powder for this. This is easy and imexpensive to make as well. Loved it. Thanx!
What a great way to perk up cabbage! I used two fresh (seeded) tomatoes instead of canned and covered the pan on low heat, but otherwise followed the recipe. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
Great cabbage dish! We really love cabbage and this recipe gives us a nice curried version to go with our main dishes. I served this along with an African chicken dish and it paired really well. Will definitely make this dish again. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag, January, 2012.
