      My boyfriend and I devoured this! It was delicious and simple to make. Next time I will probably double the recipe and try it over pasta. Thank you for sharing!

      I had this over pasta with some extra olive oil and with parmesan on top. It was a very nice, quick meal. Thanks for posting!

      I was browsing through zucchini recipes when I came to this one. I had the ingredients...it was different from the way I usually made zucks, so I though I would give it a try. Good move! It was fast, easy and tasted great

      Very good and very easy to make. I don't make it often since the sun-dried tomatoes are a bit pricey, but when I do make it, the whole family eats it up!
