spicy, salty, crispy zucchini strips!


  1. Preheat your oven to about 350.
  2. Use a peeler to take the skin off the zucchini.
  3. Cut the zucchini into thin strips.
  4. Spray a baking pan with pam.
  5. Lay the strips down, not overlapping, and spray them with pam too.
  6. Sprinkle them with the salt, pepper, and cumin.
  7. Put them in the oven and let them cook until they start to brown (or blacken if you want them really crispy) around the edges.
  8. Let them cool.
