  1. Heat 1/2" oil in frying pan.
  2. Beat eggs. Add milk till blended.
  3. Then add flour, zucchini. carrots, onion, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Drop by large spoonfuls in hot oil. Brown on one side then turn to brown on second side. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve warm.
