Made this as a side dish tonight and my DH and I just didn't like it. We thought it might have been better served cold, like a slaw instead of warm off the stove... but as it was, it just didn't fit with our tastes...
Dgd and I made this today, she is six and loved it, which surprised me, then dd came in and loved it too. Dd took home the leftovers and took the recipe too. Thanks etak, I was overrun with zucchini and glad to find a new recipe.
This is a great WW recipe! As posted, it is 5 WW points. I used light sour cream and butter substitute, and it is only 3 WW points. Very filling, tastes great (awfully close to a beer commercial, here...). I will make this again, thanks for sharing!
