Four cloves of garlic is waaaaaay too much. Almost inedible and hot. Start with one, taste, and then add more as desired. Turn the zucchini over during grilling so both sides get char marks. I didn't add the cumin because I did'nt' want that taste. It would have been great if it didn't have so much raw garlic in it. And I love garlic! I will try it again with roasted garlic. Also, thought it could use some EVOO.
