I didn't have any garlic and this recipe still turned out YUMMY!!! It was very easy to make and my 3 yr old loved it!
As I started cooking this dish, I felt it needed a little more, so when I added the potatoes and tomatoes, i also added about 2 cups of chicken broth and a 1/2 cup of white wine. I also added some basil and parsley. It was excellant!! Thanks for the great idea!
This was a delicious, healthy and very filling meal for two! Next time I will either cut the potatoes into very small pieces or allow more time for them to cook as they took about 40 minutes to soften and cook through. I added some fresh garden basil and oregano during cooking.

This was plenty easy and had pretty good taste, I just felt like it was missing something I can't quite put my finger on. I chopped the chicken into bite-sized pieces and served this over rice. I'm putting this on my list of things to try again later with some changes, after which I'll update the review as needed.
An easy healthy meal-I loved the garlic!!! I think it makes the dish. Unfortunately I didn't have potatoes so it wasn't a meal in one pan for me. But it was delicious over rice as well. I will be sure to get some potatoes next time-that would be great too! This was so easy and fresh tasting...thanks!
