I made these for our lunch today and have to confess to using our garden mint in place of the dill (too mean to buy it!). I made a minted yoghurt to go with them too. I thought I had an onion, but didn't so used finely sliced spring onion instead. They are so very yummy and a wonderful way to use our own zucchinis. I can't wait to eat them again. I made a half recipe for the two of us, but we could have easily polished off a full one-they aren't very big, but they are delicious!

Reviewed for Make My Recipe Tag in the Aus/NZ Forum- Fantastic! WE loved these. So easy to make and packed full of goodness. Made these using a blended gluten-free flour in place of regular flour. I bought a pack of Fetta that was 180grams....so used all of it. Needed to add in an extra egg with the changes that I made. The fresh dill and parsley was fantastic in these fritters with the zucchini. I used fresh Greek yogurt, added in salt, pepper, chopped chives and fresh dill with a dash of dijoon mustard for a great sauce. Loved these and they will be made again in my home :) Photo to come soon too
