  • Peel and shred a large zucchini.
  • Add egg and cheese and mix well. You may prefer to use your hands.
  • Spread the dough onto the pan evenly.
  • Watch the middle of the crust because it can get too thick.
  • Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is cooked.
  • Let cool before serving.
