Who knew you could make crust from zucchini, and it would be simple but still delicious?
- Peel and shred a large zucchini.
- Add egg and cheese and mix well. You may prefer to use your hands.
- Spread the dough onto the pan evenly.
- Watch the middle of the crust because it can get too thick.
- Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is cooked.
- Let cool before serving.
