  1. I made this only out of curiosity and a surplus of zucchini. I lied to my husband about what it really was. It didn't bother him, he ate it right up even after I told him. I found the consistency to be a little weird, but it was good. One thing I would change is to use half oatmeal and half flour in the topping next time.

  2. This is GREAT! I made it for dinner tonight and it was 1/4 gone before we even sat down to dinner! My son argued that it can't be zucchini because it tastes just like apples. Thanks!!!

  3. I tried this today and it is incredible.

  4. My husband's been talking about zucchini crisp for years. So, since we have an extra zucchini or eight I thought I'd check out this wonderful site. It's delicious and so simple to make. Thanks so much. (now only seven more to use up!)

  5. MUCH easier than the other zucchini crisp recipes I've seen. It was great and I was amazed (so was my hubby) at how much it tasted like apples! This recipe made just enough to fill a deep dish pie plate or a small casserole dish. I did double the sugar in the filling because my family has a sweet tooth. But, we loved it! I'm making it again today for a BBQ!
