This was a wonderful dish, It was gone in no time. Next time I will add black beans. I will make this often.
This makes a huge pot of lovely tasting zucchini. I confess to using canned tomatoes and frozen corn. The flavor is mild and very tasty. Great use for garden produce and a recipe I will use again.
This was very good. I used olive oil in place of the bacon fat and added a touch of water to help with the cooking process. Other than that no changes. Easy and good.
