This recipe was very easy to make, and we loved the flavors. The fritters come out crisp and golden, and moist in the center. I served with Ranch Dressing on the side. Thanks for sharing this wonderful side dish recipe. I will use this one again.
- 3 cups zucchini, grated
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup onion, minced
- fresh garlic, minced or garlic powder, to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Bisquick (approximate)
