I have made this recipe on multiple occassions but never reviewed but this year my zucchini plants have gone nuts!!! (again) This is a wonderful recipe, it is a good side dish, but I have sliced it into small cubes and served it as an appetizer.

The recipe doesn't say what size dish or how long to bake. I ended up using an 8x8 dish and baking it for about 45 minutes. Nice flavor, very light, tender and tasty. It would make a nice brunch dish - I'm even sending the leftovers with dh for breakfast tomorrow. Thanks for posting.
