  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown.

  1. This turned out great! We added two kielbasas (like hot dog length) sliced thinly. I forgot to add the cheese--so I added some at the end of baking, and that still turned out great. My one suggestion would be to mix the flour, baking powder, oil, etc. in a separate bowl, then mixing it with the zucchini, onion, and kielbasa. Definitely a good, easy recipe.<br/><br/>I forgot that I had tried this recipe before and rated it (the above paragraph), but we just tried it again and loved it. I didn't add anything extra, but I did grate the zucchini instead of slicing it. That seemed to make it a little easier for the kids to like. Good recipe!
     
  2. This was tasty. It might be a little bland so next time I am going to add garlic to it and maybe some meat of some kind. I loved the flour crunch that settled at the bottom. I found mixing it all together at once not to be a problem. Thnks for posting.
