  1. Wonderful recipe! Brought to work and everyone raved about it! I made a bundt cake and glazed it with a white chocolate cream cheese icing. My cake was done in 50 minutes. Will make again.

  2. Even with some healthy changes, this cake is moist and delicious. I decreased the sugar to 11/2 cups and used 2/3 cups of ww flour in place of some white flour. Baked in a bundt pan and glazed with cream cheese frosting. My family loved it.

  3. Very tasty! I used 1.5 cups of sugar, whole wheat flour, half applesauce, added some nutmeg, and baked in a 9 X 9 square pan (with enough batter for 4 cupcakes). Everyone agreed the cupcakes were the best - all four were gone before they had cooled enough for frosting. Will definitely bake again.

  4. Very Yummy! My 2 year old loves them. I cut out 1/4 cup of sugar, replaced 1/2 cup oil with apple sauce, and used half WW flour and half white. I made muffins with pecans with half the batter, and a cake with chocolate chips with the rest.

  5. At first I had a hard time imagining zucchini used in a cake but it turns out to be quite good! Maybe next time I'll try putting some nuts in it, but it's really good without, too! Looking at the other reviews, it seems like everyone frosts this cake. I didn't put any frosting on it, because that's not too common in Germany, but maybe I'll try it some time as well. Wonderful recipe, thank you!
