  • Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

  1. I forgot to add the cinnamon, but it came out ok anyway. I will try it with cinnamon next. Need to figure out how to make it more moist. Maybe the zucchini I used wasn't moist enough.
