A great moist bread with lots of flavor and less fat thant the typical recipe. Also a little different by using whole wheat flour.

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together and then add applesauce.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, vanilla, and nuts.
  3. Squeeze excess water from zucchini and fold into mixture.
  4. Pour into (greased) loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
