I made half the recipe in a 8x8 pan. Next time I'll reduce the sugar as the bars are a little bit too sweet. It's ok if there is not frosting on top. But since the frosting is sweet and is delicious, it makes it a bit too sweet for my taste. But it's still delicious. The bars are so moist. I had to cook it longer maybe 10 minutes more. Maybe because they were thicker than supposed because of my 8x8 pan. Thanks Lynette :) Made for Newest Zaar Tag

Loved these bar/cupcakes!! They were light and fluffy with the perfect sweetness for us. I made 1/2 of the recipe, using some shredded zucchini that I froze this past summer. I made mine in cupcake tin and decided to double the frosting amount, as 1/2 just didn't look like enough for 11 cupcakes, but I think it would have worked out fine. Congrats on another football pool win!!!

I went light on the frosting, but other than that made as written. There is an old trick I do since I have kids. Anytime I make anything with frosting I try to save some in the bowl, they love the leftover frosting, so I let them have the bowl. I knew the frosting would be fine when they were using their fingers, and licking the frosting. It was not sweet to them, we thought it was fine. Nonetheless, these were taken to my daughters school on Open House night, and they were gone in no time. After overhearing comments, they were none, and a few that I personally know really enjoyed them, thought the frosting was nice, and the bars moist, and flavorful. Made this for PRMR Tag.
