This is a good summertime salad, when you have great, "real" tomatoes. I used home-made Italian dressing, so I didn't have to add more Italian seasonings. It worked out great. This is an easy salad to make, and you won't be disappointed in the flavor.

Delicious! Fresh garden tomatoes is a must. I added freshly minced basil and Sun Dried Tomato and Garlic Vinaigrette in place of the Italian dressing.

Easy, easy, easy! We really enjoyed the raw zucchini in this salad. It comes together so fast and is perfect as a summer side dish when tomatoes are at their peak.

Delicious salad that goes perfect with burgers! I only had two tomatoes, which worked out well. I wa out of Italian dressing so using cranberry vingerette topped with Italian seasoning - delicious with a slightly sweet taste. Thanks for sharing this keeper that is a snap to make. We will be having this often this summer!
