      Very delicious savory muffin. Nice change from all those overly sweet corn muffins and I really liked the idea of the zucchini and creamed corn together. I served them along with a Curried Sweet Potato Soup. Thanks for the post. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag.

      I think you just sent the DM up in the clouds she thoroughly enjoyed this soft, light and moist treat and I am happy to get some veg into her. I baked for 18 minutes at 190C fan forced using paper linings in the tin. Thank you katew, made for Make My Recipe - Spring Edition.

      A lolvely recipe Kate! Very moist and yummy muffins with a nice crunchy crust. YUM!
      I liked how easy these were to prepare and how quick they came together. I think next time though I might add in some garlic or herbs to make them even more flavourful!
      I used shredded hokkaido squash in place of the zucchini as I was out of that and it worked out great. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this wonderful recipe with us, Kate!

      Kate, beautifully easy and delicious muffins! I'm not the best baker, so I'm always pleased when my baking turns out perfectly, thank you for this recipe! DH liked them so much, he had them with some soup, my elder DD went off to uni to sit an exam today, munching on a muffin as she went, energy food! Fabulous texture, not too sweet, this is a well-balanced savoury muffin. I thought about adding cheese, maybe another time. Thank you Kate! Made for Aus/NZ swap#34
