Very simple to make, has nice color, and looks great on the table. I added some onion chopped large, and a bit of spicy pepper blend seasoning to give it some extra kick. Tastes pretty darn good!

I just had this a Sbarro's pizza in our mall. OMG! Fabulously delicious! I love this vegie dish with yellow and green squash as well. I am thrilled to have this recipe, as I did not want to have to recreate the pizza shop version. Thank you very much posting. Delish!!! Abslolutely the right blend of herbs and garlic. Very tasty mix of carrots, Zuke & herbs. I like my zucchini still firm so I stir fried the carrots until almost done then added the zucchiniand herbs just long enough to heat it through. The result was perfect - carrots cooked but still firm and the zucchini still crunchy. Thanks Jen T for adopting and promoting it
This is really nice & full of flavour, nice & simple too. I did cheat & use dried herbs (it was cold dark & raining so didn't want to go outside to pick fresh ones) & it still turned out great, a really nice vegie side to complement our main. Thanks!
