The originator of this recipe suggests serving it in highball glasses that taper to a point on the inside. Recipe is from webtender.
- 1⁄3 ounce sugar syrup
- 1⁄3 ounce grenadine
- 1⁄3 ounce Kahlua
- 1⁄3 ounce Midori melon liqueur
- 1⁄3 ounce Galliano
- 1⁄3 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
- Layer the six ingredients in order. Be very careful not to let the baileys and grenadine mix.
I made this one & DH stole it so I had to make it again, very tasty, gorgeous colour but very sweet, I think you could cut out the sugar syrup without a problem, still loved it though, thanks!
I did not add in the melon liquid and sugar syrup but used 1/2 cup sweetened pineapple juice in place of it which seemd to work fine although I will try it next time with using the ingredients stated, both DH and friend enjoyed it anyway, thanks CD!...Kitten:)
