  1. In a large saucepan, cook the pasta according to the package directions: drain and return to the pan. Stir in the tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning and smoked sausage; heat through.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and the cottage cheese; top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and heat over medium heat about 5 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese is melted.
  3. Dust each serving with parmesan.
