      This is one of my favorite pasta dishes, also. My recipe differs only in the elimination of the cream and parmesan. If anyone wants to eliminate a bit of the fat and calories, the flavor will still be delicious. This is a wonderful pasta dish!

      This pasta dish was outstanding! What a terrific mix of vegetables, (all my favorites) and the sauce was just wonderful. The amount of gorgonzola specified in your recipe gave just the perfect blue cheese flavor without totally overpowering the rest of the dish. I will definately be making this again. Thank you!

      great tasting and fast, we ended up with more than 4 servings total (used more pasta I think) but it was still amazing and, even better, we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Thanks for sharing!

      Delicious! Light tasting, flavorful, interesting... just a wonderful dish! Thanks for this fabulous recipe. Will make again, for sure. Maybe next time we'll toss in some prosciutto (spelling??) to mix things up. Thanks!

      I made this recipe last night for a dinner party with friends. Needless to say, it was a SMASHING success. Not only will I make this many more times, but I am putting in my special recipe collection to ensure frequent use. Thanks so much for the excellent dish. :)

      this dish is one of the best i have ever tasted and / or made. it was so easy to put together. and even though it was a cream sauce it had a nice, light taste. k.blue's review was right about the cheese; just the perfect amount to the dish. the combination of ingredients just complimented each other so well. the tiny bit leftover was even delicious when i re-heated it in a saucepan! although i was full when finished i did not feel stuffed, which to me is the sign of a good meal. i followed directions as written except the wine which i didnt have any of, but will DEFINITLY make this again and use the wine. the presentation was appealing but the taste was just super.
