  1. Peel and chunk the avocado, put into blender or food processor.
  2. Peel and seed pear and add. Process or blend briefly.
  3. Peel and seed cucumber, process or blend again.
  4. Add juices and sweetener, blend or process until creamy.
  5. Serve in chilled mugs, with citrus twist if desired.
