Made without jalapenos and my husband LOVED it on a grilled chicken sandwich.

I didn't measure anything except the cayenne and the curry. I didn't have garlic powder, so I thru in a whole clove. I used 2 jalapenos and blended everything in my food processor. I wanted to be able to store it in a squeeze bottle in the frig. Wonderful flavor!! I can't wait to try it on a roast beef sandwich. Thanks!!

Wow! This stuff is the BOMB! What genius! I used the whole fat stuff (not a fan of "lite" stuff) and pureed the jalapeno into the other ingredients.

My DH loves mustard too, which is why your recipe caught my eye. I mixed some leftover turkey with this sauce and served on big onion rolls. WOW! He LOVED it! I should have made more...He finished it off and licked the bowl CLEAN. Will be making this a part of our regular sandwich repertoire. Great recipe, thanks for posting. YUM!
