Zippy Prune Whip
"This recipe was on a 1960 calendar..sounds good although I have not made it yet.."

ingredients
- 2 large egg whites
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 1⁄2 cups strained prunes
- heavy cream, whipped
directions
- mix together egg whites, sugar and lemonade concentrate in top of double boiler.cook over boiling water, beating constantly with electric mixer until mixture fluffs up and holds it shape.about 4-5 minutes.
- remove from heat source, fold in prunes.col.spoon into sherbert glasses --
- top with whipped cream.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
