My husband's tomato plants have been so bountiful this summer. Must have something to do with all the rain we have gotten. I mixed up the dressing ingredients together then added to the tomato/onions. I used more salt and pepper but that is personal preference. This was real tasty and went well with grilled burgers. Thanks.
