Red chili sauce, not beans.
- 1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄3 cup chili sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops)
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- crisp raw vegetables, for dipping
- Process cottage cheese and chili sauce in a food processor or blender until smooth, scraping down sides.
- Stir in onions, horseradish, and cayenne.
- Cover, and chill to let flavors blend.
- Serve with vegetables for dipping.
