I made the dressing to eat on avocados. It is equally good with the avocados mixed into the dressing and eaten on a mixed green salad or with other dishes.
- 1 large very ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
