Ingredients: 2 jalapenos, finely minced; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1 (4 ounce) can green diced chilies; 1/4 cup sliced black olives ((or more); 1 cup sour cream; 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese; 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese; 1/4-1/2 cup parmesan cheese; 1 (9 ounce) bag spinach, chopped; 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained chopped; 2 tablespoons lime juice

ingredients

2 jalapenos, finely minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 (4 ounce) can green diced chilies
¹⁄₄ cup sliced black olives ((or more)
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
¹⁄₄ - ¹⁄₂ cup parmesan cheese
1 (9 ounce) bag spinach, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice

directions

Mix all but 1/2c shredded cheese blend.
Bake in 8 by 10 dish at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top and bake additional 10 minutes.
