A fun way to decorate cakes, cupcakes, loved ones.

The only thing I did differently was to add 1/4 t. vanilla to the mix. The kids loved it! I used a small scoop. I got between 23 and 24 scoops. Very good fudge.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
  • 2 (1 ounce) packets powdered cocoa mix or 12 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 (1 gallon) ziploc bags

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in one of the Ziploc bags, close and put it in the next Ziploc bag.
  2. Give everyone a turn at squishing the bags to mix.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Make sure the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature before mixing starts.
  5. After mixing is completed, cut the corner off the bag and press a thin fudge line from the bag.
  6. Apply as decoration for cupcakes, cookies etc.
  7. Press any extra fudge out on a flat plate to enjoy later.
