Delicious side dish! I halved the recipe, which I thought was more than enough for 4 hearty servings. I thought the blend of seasonigns was terrific and will be making this dish again often. The zucchini came out a beautiful bright green - very attractive. Thanks!

The spices on this dish were lovely. Made an otherwise bland vegetable stand out. :)
I used a combination of yellow squash and zucchini. Substituted fresh parsley for the dried and inadvertently used twice as much garlic powder. I think fresh garlic would also be good with this and was tempted to add some till I saw that I had already added more than indicated. The seasoning was so good and the dish very much enjoyed.
This was great! I made a small portion for me tonight, and used olive oil spray to coat the veggie with, and to coat the skillet, too. I mixed the seasonings separately, then tossed them in the zucchini. Tasted nice & zesty; made a fabulous side dish! Thank u for sharing!
wonderful recipie, we dont have parsley so i skipped that, used vegtable oil because i didnt have any olive oil, also added some crushed pepper for an extra zip. added some oil into the zuchinni when i tossed the spices to help them stick (less the a tsp.) thanks for the recipie
I made this tonight with fresh zucchini, which is laying all over my kitchen counter. I thought this was pretty good, just a little to oily. I agree that it is a beautiful dish. The zucchini turned a bright green. I could not get mine to brown, even thought I cooked it about 15"
This turned out fine. I used finely chopped onion instead of instant and cooking spray instead of olive oil.I usually saute my zucchini with basil and parsley, so this made a nice change.
