A creamy dip with tomatoes and spice.
- 2 1⁄2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coriander
- Mix all ingredients together by hand.
- Chill 1 hour; serve with crackers, tortilla chips and veggies.
Good. I used Balkan (thick) yogurt in place of the sour cream to be corn free, less Hellmans olive oil mayonnaise to be soy free (but it is GMO!!! and I will never buy it again insha Allah) as I added garlic salt rather than garlic powder and didn't want it to be too salty, homemade taco seasoning, plus the rest. Eaten with rice crackers as a snack. Every bite I was thinking sweet onion might be good in this. Something to try!
