A great side dish to serve with steak, hamburgers, you name it. Slightly spicy, but you can adjust amount of cayenne pepper to your taste.

  1. Slice unpeeled potatoes into wedges (12-14 per potato).
  2. In a shallow dish, beat together egg and milk.
  3. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings.
  4. Dip potato wedges into milk mixture, then dust with flour mixture.
  5. Place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with oil.
  7. Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
