Zesty Stuffed Mussels

- 1 lb fresh mussels
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
directions
- Brush mussels under cold running water.
- Remove beards and discard.
- Steam mussels 3-5 minutes or until they open.
- Remove half of shell.
- Let cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Spoon 1/2 tsp over each mussel.
