  1. Excellent side dish! I've made twice it now. I changed the servings to 1 and micorwaved in a covered bowl for 4 minutes.

  2. Easy, quick, and tasty! Fits our lifestyle to a tee. I made as posted and liked the combination of flavors. I did not add sour cream as we watch our fat intake. Thanks gertc96 for sharing.

  3. I needed a quick side for dinner so made this. I did make a few changes as I was afraid the seasoning would be too strong for my family. I cut the garlic powder and chili powder down to 1/2 teaspoon and omitted the salt. I followed the rest of the recipe as written. Made for an easy side dish.

  4. This was a great accompaniment to a simple peppercorn pork tenderloin bought from the store. Used the bowl method since I didn't have the right kind of Ziplock - no problems, but I did need about five minutes longer in the microwave. I will definitely be doing this again - it's so much less work than doing full blown baked potatoes when I'm in a hurry!

  5. Yummy! What a great way to fix potatoes. I didn't have a ziplock bag designed for the microwave, so I used a covered bowl and it worked fine. I also omitted the chili powder for personal preference. When the potatoes were done, I tossed them with some shredded cheddar and bacon bits, then the chives and sour cream for a casserole type dish. :)
