Loved the sound of this recipe - all the ingredients are ones I love - and the finished dish certainly lived up to my expectations. Easy to prepare, elegant and tasty enough to serve to guests - just make sure you have a copy of the recipe on hand to give to them! :) - and oh so much a recipe I know I shall make and enjoy again and again. Thanks for sharing it!

Very good and interesting dish! I didn't have any mango salsa so used the salsa I had which was good but not polynesian. Thanks for sharing!

We loved this dish! All the flavours complimented each other. We used a home made mango salsa that had tomatoes included, so we did not add tomatoes to the vegetable mix. Next time we would add some garlic and perhaps lemon to the vegetable mix. We seared the scallops in a pan with a bit of olive oil, instead of broiling. Made for 1-2-3 tag.

My other half's been after me to make a scallop dish, as this one was it! I did use just half the avocado & sliced it over only half of the veggies (NOT my half) & we were both very satisfied with the results! Also used a homemade mango salsa ~ Very, very nice! Thanks, much, for sharing the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe]
