A fresh horseradish and shallots sauce to perfectly accentuate the richness of prime rib roast. Very easy!
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish root or 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar or 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
