This was a bit vinegar-heavy for my taste, so I added some agave and some sesame oil to mellow the flavor. Also, there aren't instructions for adding the broth packet. But with a few modifications, everyone enjoyed it and I will make it again with less vinegar. Thanks for posting!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for salad except noodles.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. In another bowl, add all ingredients for dressing, including reserved spice package from noodles, mixing well till sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw, toss to coat well.
  5. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Add noodles just before serving.
