An eastern twist on a western cocktail. From the Monsoon restaurant in Tokyo.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 ounce mango juice
  • sparkling wine or champagne


  1. Fill a tall narrow glass with ice.
  2. Pour ingredients into an iced shaker, shake vigorously, strain into glass and top with sparkling wine.

Delicious, fruity and refreshing! Three wonderful traits in a drink! These went down super easy, and we had to have another! LOL I did use a prosecco, as that is what I had on hand. Oh my, they taste like another one! Made for ZWT6 by a Looney Spoon Phoodie, and again the next day for our cookout. And I expect to be making 'em again real soon!
