An eastern twist on a western cocktail. From the Monsoon restaurant in Tokyo.
- Fill a tall narrow glass with ice.
- Pour ingredients into an iced shaker, shake vigorously, strain into glass and top with sparkling wine.
Delicious, fruity and refreshing! Three wonderful traits in a drink! These went down super easy, and we had to have another! LOL I did use a prosecco, as that is what I had on hand. I have put them in my Drinks cookbook, so I can easily make them again, and again! Thanks for sharing, momaphet. Made for ZWT.
Oh my, they taste like another one! Made for ZWT6 by a Looney Spoon Phoodie, and again the next day for our cookout. And I expect to be making 'em again real soon!
This is a great drink. But I may try with 1/2 ounce of mango juice next time. I used sparkling wine. Thanks Momaphet :) Made for the Zwizzle Chicks of ZWT
