This made a very welcome light and refreshing lunch today. I had everything on hand and it was so simple to make. Used green pepper, mushrooms cut in half, small organic carrots, celery, broccoli bits and tiny grape tomatoes. The dip is delicious and would be good on a chicken sandwich too. :D
I play Mah Jong with 3 other ladies and between the Sodium problems, Heart conditions and Diabetes we need healthy recipes that taste delicious and this definitely is healthy and delicious!!!!!
