Kids and I found them way too salty! Texture was good, although I balled and squished them onto the cookie sheet rather than rolling and cutting them, and baked them about 3 minutes longer. The honey butter is a must mainly because of their saltiness. Will use only a teaspoon of salt next time. Hubby like them though, and loved the honey butter.
These were pretty good! I added a little bit of cinnamon to give them a bit more flavor. They definitely need something to go with them, I used honey butter as was suggested and they were great!
