This is another one my mom would throw together at the last minute for potlucks. The plate never came back with any leftovers, which always made us sad. I even requested that she serve this at my bridal shower!


  1. Spread cream cheese in light to moderate thickness, depending on how much you like cream cheese. (This taste great with non-fat or low-fat cream cheese as well).
  2. Spread thin layer of Salsa over cheese.
  3. Layer with sliced olives.
  4. Roll tortillas and slice into appetizer sized pieces (approx 1/2 inch).
  5. Enjoy!

Yummy as advertised! I used kalamata olives as they were on hand. Otherwise made as directed, though I like the previous reviewers idea of adding ham and might try that next time. Thanks for sharing!

Made this today and did as Darlene had done and that was to add some very thin sliced ham before rolling. Just sampled a little and very delicious and so easy. Thank you. Made for Let's PARTY tag game December 2010.
